Sunsations LLC Indoor Tanning would like to make you, the customer, aware of some recent changes that will
now effect the indoor tanning industry. Assembly Bill 2193, recently signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger,
makes it mandatory for all minors, age 14-17 , to have a written statement from a parent or legal guardian consenting
to the minor's use of indoor tanning equipment. The Bill also prohibts any minor under the age of 14 from tanning in a
tanning facility. All indoor tanning facilities abide by these new laws.
